An ICP (Internet Content Provider) certification is a permit issued by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) to permit China-based websites to operate in China. This means if you want to host inside of Mainland China, or use any CDN Points of Presence (PoPs) inside of China (i.e. via a China CDN), you will require an ICP filing or license. 

No. Chinafy is explicitly unable to work with site owners whose sites are officially blocked in Mainland China.

Yes. Our Enterprise services combine Chinafy’s most advanced features alongside access to features including a dedicated account manager, expedited support, and vendor approval processes.

You can cancel your Chinafy subscription at any time by removing the site from Chinafy Dashboard or by providing written notice to your account manager. Termination will be effective on the last day of the current billing period. Upon termination, you may revert Chinafy’s implementation by reverting your DNS or CDN go-live settings. After termination, Chinafy’s optimization services, including performance and caching, will no longer be applied to your website, and you will no longer benefit from the Chinafy platform.

Chinafy is compatible with most CMS platforms that you may currently be using. Chinafy most often works with Wordpress, Adobe, Magento, Shopify, Pantheon sites and more. Unfortunately, Chinafy is currently unable to work with Wix platforms as Wix is currently unreachable in mainland China.
